At Grow On The Go, we strive to provide high-quality wellness coaching services to help our clients improve their well-being, productivity, and personal growth. We are committed to ensuring that our clients are satisfied with the services they receive. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund may be necessary.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • The service has been paid upfront by the client.
  • The service has not been delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe.

Please note that refunds are not applicable for services that have already been delivered or for any services where the client has received access or usage (e.g., completed sessions, workshops, or online courses).

2. Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund as per the criteria mentioned above, the following process will apply:

  1. Submit a Refund Request: Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the service not being delivered. Please include the following information:
    • Your full name and contact details
    • The specific service you booked
    • The reason for your refund request
    • Any supporting documentation, if applicable
  2. Review and Approval: Once we receive your refund request, we will review it within [insert time frame, e.g., 7-10 business days]. If your refund request meets the criteria mentioned above, we will approve the refund.
  3. Refund Processing: If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within [insert time frame, e.g., 14 business days]. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Any services where the client has already received or participated in the session, workshop, or program.
  • Services that have been scheduled, but the client does not attend (no-show).
  • Payments for services that were delivered in full, regardless of whether the client participated or not.
  • Prepaid packages or subscriptions for future services that are not refunded in part or in full after delivery of any sessions or services.
  • Any customized services that have been scheduled or delivered, such as one-on-one coaching sessions.

4. Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may incur a cancellation fee or be considered a no-show.
  • Cancellations will not be eligible for a refund, but we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your session.

5. Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, such as an emergency or if we are unable to deliver the service as agreed, we may provide a partial or full refund at our discretion, regardless of the standard refund criteria.
